5 Tangles

This ZT is done on colored paper with Micron 01
Shaded with colored pencil and high-lighted with a white colored pencil.
The tangles are: Auraknot, Purk, Copada, Zedbra and Phi-cops.

Twirl

Playing with the tangle Twirl.
It will take some time to practice this one but it is fun to try it out.
The tangle is a design from Hellen Williamsen and she shows how to do the tangle here,
Here is what I did with it.

Challenge #107

The new tangle "Quandary" is a great new tangle.
I have seen in the work of my tangle friends how many possibilities the tangle has.
I made a combination with Quandary, Twirl and Tripoly.
Drawn with a brown micron 005 and shades with colored pencils.

I love to work with the brown pen.

Challenge #106

In China this week they celebrate  the Chinese New Year.
And 2013 is the year of the Snake.
And so that's the challenge for this week.

The pattern I used is my own "Snake skin"

Challenge #105

Dansk is the tangle by Margarethe Bremner (one of my favorite tanglers) we can use for challenge #105.
I am a bit confused about the tangle and I'm still not sure if I do it right.
because there are some more tangles that look so much like Dansk.
Like Sand-swirl by Karry Heun and Verve by JJ La Barbara.
They all look like each other but they really are different.
So here is what I did with "Dansk"

I hope I did the tangle right.
