Challenge # 261

Stacked Bijou Challenge
Is the challenge this week from guest challenger Jane Reiter.
It has taken me several hours, but it was so nice to do this challenge.
I have turned each tile a quarter for a different effect.

I drew with a black Micron, and a white Gelly-roll on the black paper.

Than shaded with colored pencil and white charcoal pencil.

Her some more tiles I did this weekend.

Tangle Ponio

Challenge # 259

A touch of Irish is the challence this week.
I drew one of my favorites Inapod in a circle of clover leafs.

And shaded with green colored pencils.

Some years ago I made a calligraphie with an Irish lyric and decorated it with an original Celtic drawing.

It's hanging in my living room.

Challenge # 258

It's UMT time again, and the tangle we should use is "Rautiflex"by Katrin Bendel.

I have been trying the tangle out a few times.
And find it difficult combining it with other tangles.
However it's a nice tangle to work with.

Ampersand

Al een tijdje ben ik van plan een vezameling typografische tekens te tanglen.

Challenge # 257

Oooooh Shiny
The challenge this week is to include a metallic feature.
I added some spots of leaf gold,
Some years ago I used it in calligraphie.

It's been so long ago sinds I worked with gold leaf.

I should have practiced it first, I don't like the result.

Last weekend I found a new tanlgle "keiasom" here

I have been playing with this lovely tangle.

I think this one well become one of my favorites.
