Challenge # 266 and Rope string

Crux, by Henrike Bratz is the tangle for this months UMT.
I have been trying this tangle several times, and I could not get it right.
When I finaly found out what I was doing wrong I drew this box with it.
I don't think I will use this tangle a lot, because of my struggle with it.


This weekend I have been playing with Margareth Bremner's Rope string.
So much fun !
This is what I made with it.

    Mooi werk, Mariët! Leuke box: ik kan niet zien dat je moeite had met Crux.
    Rope Spring ken ik niet, maar het ziet er heel mooi uit. Ga ik ook een keer proberen.

    Wow, die rope string tiles zijn echt in jouw straatje (denk ik). De doos met Crux is mooi, maar het statische past je minder denk ik (ja, ik denk wat af).

    I love your work with the rope string; it shows imagination as well as skill. Like you, I struggled with Crux but I think your finished result is very good.

    I struggled with crux too but enjoyed it by the time I was finished. Your tile has come out well in the end. Your rope tiles are lovely and all so different.
