Paper bal

Deze papieren ballen zien er erg ingewikkeld uit, maar als je ze gaat maken valt het reuze mee.
These paper balls look very complicated, but when you make them it's not so difficult.

Op de foto's hieronder zie je hoe ze in elkaar worden gezet, en helemaal onderaan het patroon.

Kleurpotloden

Vorige week is heb ik eindelijk de kleurpotloden besteld waar ik al zo lang over had getwijfeld.
Het is een blik met 36 potloden van Faber Castell.
Ik had diverse potloden uitgeprobeert en vond deze, samen met de Prismacolor als de beste uit de bus komen.
In Nederland zijn de Faber Castell beter verkrijgbaar, dus heb ik daarvoor gekozen.
En hier zijn de eerste 2 uitprobeersels ermee.

Ik ga ze natuurlijk ook gebruiken voor Mandalas, en hoop er binnenkort wat meer tijd voor te hebben.

Mooka again

Wat is Mooka toch een heerlijke tangle om mee te werken.
En de combinatie met Ennies is gewoon perfect.

I love the tangle Mooka, and it's making such a wonderful combination with Ennies.
I will use this one to make a postcard.

String theorie

This week Sue Jacobs is the gast on the Challenge from the Diva.
Here is the string I made with a keyring and a piece of rope.

Tripo / Tripoli

De combinatie Tripoli en Tripo gaat heel goed samen.
Tripoli is de nieuwste tangle van zentangle en tripo is een tangle van Sue Clark .
Deze ZIA doet me denken aan een dromenvanger.

The combination of Tripo and Tripoli go very well together.

Tripoli is the new tangle from zentangle and tripo is a tangle from Sue Clark .

This ZIA makes me think of a dreamcatcher.

De nieuwe tangle van Maria en Rick, de mensen die Zentangle hebben ontwikkeld is de challenge van deze week.
Het was een heel gevecht om er iets van te maken, en ik zal deze tangle nog goed moeten oefenen.
Hier is mijn 2e poging.

The new tangle pattern from Maria and Rick, the founders of Zentangle is the # 28 challenge.

It's been a struggle for me to make something I like enough, but I will have to practice a lot before it will be OK for me.  Here is my 2nd attempt.

Bookmark (Challenge #27)

I made a bookmark with Dex and Verdigogh.
Í think the combination of these two tangles is a real challenge.
I would never have come to this combination myself.
