Deconstructie

 Ik heb geprobeerd om een deconstructie te maken van iets dat ik op Facebook tegenkwam.

De naam is Cordoba String.

De eerste poging was zeker niet zoals het er uit moet zien, maar evengoed best wel mooi.

Dit is de deconstructie en hieronder uitgewerkt met Tangles

Best wel een leuk resultaat, maar het lijkt nog niet helemaal op de Cordoba String.

Nog even proberen en ja hoor ik heb hem door.

Dit is de volgende deconstructie.

Dit moet hem zijn,

Bij de uitwerking is de eerste toch iets anders, verkeerde punt gebruikt bij het tekenen, 

En dan heb ik hem helemaal door met deze bruine als resultaat

Wat een leuke bezigheid, en heel blij met het resultaat.

12 days of Zentangle 2019

Ik wilde graag meedoen met de 12 days of Zentangle maar heb niet het Project Pack aangeschaft.
Dus ik besloot de opdrachten op een andere manier te verwerken.
Ik nam een tekenvel A4 en tekende de tiles bij elke nieuwe opdracht op het vel.
Voor de 4 zwarte Bijou tiles sneed ik kleine vierkantjes en plakte die op het vel.
Ook 2 grijze tiles maakte ik van ander papier dat ik in het geheel verwerkte.
Begonnen met een zwarte Micron en voor ik er erg in had was ik de blauwe pen vergeten.
Wel een beetje jammer maar in zwart is hij ook wel geslaagd.
De tangle Cadent van dag 8 heb ik verwerkt als achtergrond.
En dit is het resultaat.

All Stars

All Stars is de nieuwe tangle van Thomás Padrós
En wat heb ik er een plezier mee gehad, heerlijk om uit te proberen.

Uiteindelijk heb ik er dit werk mee gemaakt.

    Getekend met een Micron 01 en geschaduwd met potlood en highlights met

    wit charcoal potlood op Strathmore toned tan papier.

    Mijn nieuwe tekenblok, heel fijn op op te werken.

    Lekker glad en fantastisch om te schaduwen.

    Maar voordat ik deze heb gemaakt ging er wat oefening aan vooraf.

Challenge # 379

The last challenge this year.
I wish you all a Merry Christmass, expecially for Laura and her family for giving us Zentangle fun almost every week.

Also I am working on the 12 days of Zentangle .

I made the template myself on aquarelpaper.

       The first two days.

           Until day six.

When I finished the complete spinner I will publish it here. 

Tranzending

In the newsletter of Zentangle HQ they showed us how to do  "Transzending"

I tried to do this with a tile I drew last month.
I don't think it's an improvement, but it was fun to do.

Playing with the new tangle and Challenge # 330

Challenge # 330
This week Zentangle plates.
A challenge from the guest Jeanette Clawson.
This was a lot of work and I enjoyed every minute of it.
I used a brown, sepia and orange Micron and colored with Albrecht Dührer watercolor pencils.

This week we received the newsletter from Zentangle HQ with the new tangle  SPOKEN
I have been playing with it for quite a long time with these tiles as a result.
I drew on lilac paper, drawn with a purple and blue Micron and colored (shaded) with colored pencils.
This was so much fun to do, I love SPOKEN, so many possibilities with it.

The background I meandered with a sharp blue pencil, I hope you  can see that.

The next one is SPOKEN, but only the first part of the tangle. (without the crossing over) 

It gives a complete different effect.

This was so much fun, it took me several hours to make the both tiles.

Also love the combination of purple and blue on lilac.

Again on lilac paper and drawn with only the purple Micron.

Spoken in the corners and filled in with Betweet and Tipple.

Challenge # 328 and some more

Suzanne Fluhr is the guest this week and we can use her tangle "Aloha" for the challenge

And I have been drawing some more this week.
First a tile with Narwal and Printemps

And one with Y-Ful power.

For my students a previeuw on canvas (25X25cm) they can make at home.

First they should paint with acrylic the background and than with a Micron the Zendala.

Dingbatz

Zentangle HQ has introduced Dingbatz in their Kitchen Table Tangles.

They are small pieces of art, so much fun to play with.

Elefantenhaut tile drawn with a brown and orange Micron, shaded with colored pencils.

Challenge # 308

"MacNcheese"
Comfort tangles and back to basic.
I used two elefantenhaut paper tiles, this paper looks a bit like the Renaissance tiles.
Drew Crescent moon and Flux with black and brown Micron and shaded with pencil and white charcoal pencil

The drawing below I made last weekend also on Elefantenhaut.

Challenge # 266 and Rope string

Crux, by Henrike Bratz is the tangle for this months UMT.
I have been trying this tangle several times, and I could not get it right.
When I finaly found out what I was doing wrong I drew this box with it.
I don't think I will use this tangle a lot, because of my struggle with it.

This weekend I have been playing with Margareth Bremner's Rope string.

So much fun !

This is what I made with it.

Challenge #262

Is the tangle we should work with this week.
This tangle created by Lynn Mead is chosen as UMT this month for The Diva's Challenge
I really enjoyed this tangle, once you get the flow of it you will go on and on.........

Also this week I have been playing with Arukas one of my favorite tangles.

All are drawn with different colors of Micron pens and shaded with colored pencils.

Tangle Ponio

Al een tijdje ben ik van plan een vezameling typografische tekens te tanglen.
Hier zijn de eerste, de Ampersand.

Challenge # 257

Oooooh Shiny
The challenge this week is to include a metallic feature.
I added some spots of leaf gold,
Some years ago I used it in calligraphie.

It's been so long ago sinds I worked with gold leaf.

I should have practiced it first, I don't like the result.

Last weekend I found a new tanlgle "keiasom" here

I have been playing with this lovely tangle.

I think this one well become one of my favorites.

Het Zentangle Boek

Zojuist heb ik per post "Het Zentangle Boek"ontvangen
Onlangs is het uitgekomen in het Nederlands en dat maakt het een stuk makkelijker lezen.
Het staat boordevol informatie en prachtige tekeningen, echt een aanrader als je net zo verslaafd bent aan Zentangle als ik.
Ben er dan ook Superblij mee!!!

I just received "Het Zentangle Boek" in the mail.

It has been translated in Dutch and that makes it a lot easier to read for me.

The book is full of information and beautiful drawings, highly recommended for everyone who is as hooked on Zentangle as I am.

I'm very happy with the book!!!
