Challenge #111

I think one of the most favorite tangles for many of us is MOOKA.
And the challenge this week is to  monotangle with only  " Mooka".
It's more difficult than I thought it would be.
But after trying some different approaches this is what I made.
I hope you like it.

Schaduwen

Dit weekend een ZIA gemaakt waar ik het schaduwen wilde oefenen.
Dus onder en over lijnen met opgebolde doorvoeren.
Het schaduwen was aardig gelukt, maar ik miste nog iets.
Ik heb toen wat rode accenten aangebracht en dat word al wat beter.
Toch vind ik het nog niet goed genoeg maar weet niet meer wat ik er nog aan kan doen zonder dat het te druk word.
Hieronder zie je eerst hoe hij was zonder, en dan met de rode accenten.

The challenge for this week is to work "out of the box"
I have been working on my Japanese moleskine this weekend and I think that's " ZT out of the box".
So my contribution for this challenge is what I did.

Challenge #109

This challenge gives us a new method of using tangles.
The result of this technique is a 3D effect if you will shade it right.

Challenge 108

Whyz is the tangle for this challenge.
This tangle was designed by Jane Mc Kugler.
You will find it here.

For this ZIA I used the Micron 01 and colored pencils in red and blue and combined Whyz with the tangle Twile

5 Tangles

This ZT is done on colored paper with Micron 01
Shaded with colored pencil and high-lighted with a white colored pencil.
The tangles are: Auraknot, Purk, Copada, Zedbra and Phi-cops.

Twirl

Playing with the tangle Twirl.
It will take some time to practice this one but it is fun to try it out.
The tangle is a design from Hellen Williamsen and she shows how to do the tangle here,
